As President, Jason is directly responsible for the development and implementation of Albion’s business strategy, portfolio composition, and capital allocation. His oversight includes the development, acquisition, project financing, and asset management to maximize the profitability of the company’s portfolio of owned assets. He manages relationships with construction lenders, equity partners, and permanent mortgage lenders. As a Village Green Board of Directors Member since 2011, Jason has also served in the capacity of Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to joining Albion, he was the Director of Structured Equity Investments for GE Capital, having first learned the business at McShane Corporation and Equity Office Properties Trust. During his military career, Jason served as a United States Army officer. He attended the University of Illinois and earned his BS in Finance. At the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern Univ., Jason earned his Real Estate/Finance MBA, during which time, he was named NU’s Top Real Estate Student in 2003.

Craig sources, underwrites and finances projects in his daily role of executing the company’s acquisition strategy. He is also responsible for leading the repositioning and renovation efforts for all acquisitions.
Prior to joining Albion, Craig was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Heitman, where he sourced and closed on over $500M+ of commercial real estate investments throughout the U.S. Craig is a Louisiana State University graduate where he earned his B.S. in Accounting.

Andrew leads a wide range of national development activities: high-rise development, adaptive reuse redevelopment, ground-up wood frame, and metal frame developments in residential and mixed-use assets. As an accomplished executive, he applies 15+ years of knowledge and experience to commercial real estate development. Andrew’s expertise range across finance, construction, commercial leasing, property management, ancillary services, Land use planning, full entitlements, mixed-use leasing, and general property management. He pursues innovative and active designs and interiors in A+ locations and has won several high-profile entitlement fights. His management skills enable him to oversee $225M in development and construction. Andrew earned his double major Management and Finance BS Degree from Illinois State University and maintains a Managing Broker and Broker-In-Charge Licenses in IL, MO, MN, NC, GA.

As a 25-year veteran of the construction industry, Darrell oversees preliminary and final hard cost budgeting, General Contractor selection, contract negotiations, plus performance, schedule and budget adherence by selected GC’s. Prior to joining Albion, Darrel was the Director of Construction at Structured Management Midwest, LLC; VP, Operations and VP, Project Management at Lennar Urban – Chicago.
Prior to that, he served as Project Manager at CarrAmerica and Senior Project Manager at Capitol Construction Group.
Darrel earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering & Management at Bradley University, and his Real Estate Finance MBA at DePaul Univ. Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Real Estate Finance, MBA.

Bob is a business strategist with proven success in driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining business processes, leading organizations through critical transitions, turning around under-performing teams, and implementing cost control initiatives. During Bob’s 15+ years in commercial real estate, he has gained a comprehensive background in property management operations at all levels. Garnered recognition for expertly leading processes and successfully motivating cross-functional teams. As the head of asset management for Albion Residential, he is charged with meeting and exceeding investment goals, achieving fiscal stability, reducing life cycle costs, expanding margins to their optimum and preserving said developments. Bob is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Degree in Economics.
