Brief Description of Renovation Scope
The project will undergo an extensive renovation focused on revitalizing the resident experience in a truly iconic Pittsburgh high-rise. At the ground level, a reimagined entry will greet residents and guests as they enter the property.
The buildings ground level floorplate will undergo a new interior buildout, which will include a leasing center, renovated lobby, and an in-house fitness center. Additionally, the once-abandoned outdoor pool will be reintroduced as a focal point to the property’s outdoor courtyard. The courtyard will consist of grilling stations, fire pits, gaming, and outdoor seating.
Rising 22 stories, the residential units will undergo extensive renovations bringing sleek design and a modern apartment feel to the Highland Park market. In addition to the unit renovations, a brand new window wall system will be introduced. The new window wall system was designed to retain the tower’s original architectural intent while presenting to the units the luxury of floor to ceiling glass.
Lastly, the deconversion of a city facing penthouse apartment will be the new home to a renovated rooftop clubroom. The clubroom will serve as a marquee building amenity where residents and guests can come together to live, work, relax, and entertain. An outdoor terrace will be accessible from the clubroom to take in the breathtaking views of downtown Pittsburgh and the Highland Park neighborhood.
